Jeeze it’s cold!
I know I should not complain about the weather because back
home is sooo cold but boy oh boy when you are walking outside in between
buildings, the sun is blocked, and the wind is blowing there is nothing to warm
you up. My leggings were definitely not the best thing to choose today. I have
my earmuffs on, sweatshirt, boots, and winter coat and I just don’t think I
have enough clothes on, not to mention that its about 45 degrees.
Today was quite an adventure. My experience today hanging
out with Milton was the highlight of my day. He has such an entertaining and
carrying personality. When I first saw Milton he had a Yellow coat on with a speaker
around his neck and iPod in his hand. My thoughts were this man definitely
knows what he is doing. He spoke with passion and although it was history we
were learning about he definitely made it seem like he was right there through
it all.
Someone say ghost because I did not see it.
The ghost tour we went on was more of an history tour if you ask me. I do not want to be rude but Ina our tour guide did not convince me one bit. She was such a sweet lady and very enthusiastic when she spoke but as far as ghost I just don't know. She showed us picture of people who say the caption a ghost while taking an image and it just did not seem to be real. With all of the technology we have today it is so easy to manipulate and change things to portray whatever you want. I thought it was pretty funny that after every stop and her explaining the ghost story she kind of made a point going and purchasing something from the place. It seemed like the tour company have contract with the restaurants to promote them before leaving and encouraging us to buy something.
